Is your fitted kitchen ready for the festive season?

It’s less than two weeks until the big day! And of course it will all revolve around your Christmas dinner. So it’s time to check that your fitted kitchen is up and ready for that challenge this festive season!

Fitted Kitchens for the Festive Season

The first thing you need to do is check you have enough storage space in your fitted kitchen for everything! Organise your cupboards and your fridge to make sure you’re not rushing around, cramming and squashing things into the smallest of spaces. Once you know how much available space you have, you can start to plan around that.

We’d then suggest making a list (and checking it twice!) This way you can be sure that you’ve got everything you need. And you won’t need to make any last-minute supermarket runs.

So hopefully you’ve got everything you need by this point and you’ve got enough space to put everything away. It’s worth knowing that you don’t need to have that manic rush to get everything done all on Christmas day, you can prep things beforehand. You can do things like the gravy, bread sauce, stuffing, prepping the turkey, etc.

Festive drink supply is equally as important over Christmas, and if you’re struggling to fit all of those bottles in your fridge, we have the perfect tip for you! All you need to do is tightly wrap a damp tea towel around the neck of the bottle and place it in the freezer, then in 20 minutes you’ll have perfectly chilled bubbly!
