Everything as planned. Very pleased with wardrobes. High quality product with excellent fitting by two friendly and helpful members of the Starplan team.

I am very happy with my new wardrobes. We got a great deal in-store and were told they would be delivered in 3 weeks which we thought was incredibly fast! The very nice fitters phoned just under an hour before they arrived which was handy and were very lovely and considerate (checked their feet before walking on upstairs light grey carpet). I was concerned that the wardrobe was going to block our electrical socket in room but the fitter kindly cut a hole which means I can keep my hairdryer in the wardrobe (fab!). I keep walking past the room they are in and staring at them – I haven’t even put my clothes in yet!

Was looking for a new bedroom for my daughter, I had previously got a fitted bedroom for my son and as I was happy with his I decided to go back to Starplan. I had a limited budget and the person in the showroom was very patient with me and we discussed numerous options. He came back with what I wanted and within my budget! The fitters arrived when they said they would and where very polite and friendly. Worked quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Starplan to anyone looking a new bedroom!

From the very helpful no pressure salesman through to the extremely friendly fitters the service was excellent. The fitters really seemed to enjoy their work and obviously took great pride in ensuring everything was as we wanted. Would recommend to anyone.

They arrived on right time & date and had 2 bedrooms i'd ordered fitted in 3 hours when I'd expected half a day or more and tidied up after themselves and let me check their work before they headed onto their next job.

The wardrobes arrived on the morning of hurricane Ophelia, so I was pleased from the start! The fitters were quick, efficient and easy to have in the house. The wardrobes are lovely and we are very pleased.

We ordered a new mattress for my son’s bedroom. It was all done quickly & easily in the Festival Park Shop. I then received text messages at every stage to keep me updated on my order. I also got a telephone call arranging delivery. Delivery men arrived well within the stated time and were friendly & courteous. I would say everything went perfectly. Plus the mattress is just perfect! Highly recommended Starplan all round.

Starplan fitted 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobes & drawers and 1 stand alone drawer unit in August 2017. We were delighted with the speed of fitting and cleanliness on the day of delivery. Arrived on time and were gone within the day – even for 2 rooms. The Wardrobes are of an excellent quality. They are strong, practical and look lovely in both rooms. The salesman who priced and ordered our furniture was excellent. He was honest and helpful – advising when he felt that certain layouts would or wouldn’t work in our rooms – e.g. advising rails in the corner wardrobes. We didn’t feel pressurized and the drawings gave an accurate idea of what the rooms would be like – a visit to the showroom to pick doors and handles gave us a good idea of what to expect. There was an offer on at the time we purchased and so we felt we got the furniture at a reasonable price. They were expensive but I feel it was a great investment in our home and am so pleased with the result that I do feel it was good value for money.

Furniture is great, sturdy and well put together. Fitters quick and proficient, no clearing up after which is great. Would highly recommend to family and friends
