Fitted Kitchens Showroom
- Cabinets
You’re going to be using your cabinets every single day. They’re going to be opened, shut, doors will be slammed, fingers will make marks on them, there’s no getting away from the fact. So it’s worth spending a little bit of time every day to clean them. A simple solution of kitchen detergent diluted with water is perfect. Use a soft cloth to wipe on then dry after.
- Spills and splashes
Of course accidents are going to happen, in a kitchen more than anywhere else in the home. As a rule of thumb it’s best to wipe up any spillages or stains as soon as they happen. But you need to be more careful depending on the material of your work tops. Wooden or more porous work tops need to be kept on top of to make sure that liquids don’t seep in.
- Smooth sliding doors
Soft touch tends to be the done thing when it comes to fitted kitchen fixtures nowadays. Especially in family homes with little kids, you don’t want them trapping their fingers! But there’s nothing more annoying that a soft close or even a kitchen roller drawer that won’t close smoothly. If this happens, then try dusting down the running and hinges to make sure nothing is getting in the way of them working correctly.
