I am very happy with my new wardrobes. We got a great deal in-store and were told they would be delivered in 3 weeks which we thought was incredibly fast! The very nice fitters phoned just under an hour before they arrived which was handy and were very lovely and considerate (checked their feet before walking on upstairs light grey carpet). I was concerned that the wardrobe was going to block our electrical socket in room but the fitter kindly cut a hole which means I can keep my hairdryer in the wardrobe (fab!). I keep walking past the room they are in and staring at them – I haven’t even put my clothes in yet!

From the very helpful no pressure salesman through to the extremely friendly fitters the service was excellent. The fitters really seemed to enjoy their work and obviously took great pride in ensuring everything was as we wanted. Would recommend to anyone.

They arrived on right time & date and had 2 bedrooms i’d ordered fitted in 3 hours when I’d expected half a day or more and tidied up after themselves and let me check their work before they headed onto their next job.

We ordered a new mattress for my son’s bedroom. It was all done quickly & easily in the Festival Park Shop. I then received text messages at every stage to keep me updated on my order. I also got a telephone call arranging delivery. Delivery men arrived well within the stated time and were friendly & courteous. I would say everything went perfectly. Plus the mattress is just perfect! Highly recommended Starplan all round.

Starplan fitted 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobes & drawers and 1 stand alone drawer unit in August 2017. We were delighted with the speed of fitting and cleanliness on the day of delivery. Arrived on time and were gone within the day – even for 2 rooms. The Wardrobes are of an excellent quality. They are strong, practical and look lovely in both rooms. The salesman who priced and ordered our furniture was excellent. He was honest and helpful – advising when he felt that certain layouts would or wouldn’t work in our rooms – e.g. advising rails in the corner wardrobes. We didn’t feel pressurized and the drawings gave an accurate idea of what the rooms would be like – a visit to the showroom to pick doors and handles gave us a good idea of what to expect. There was an offer on at the time we purchased and so we felt we got the furniture at a reasonable price. They were expensive but I feel it was a great investment in our home and am so pleased with the result that I do feel it was good value for money.

Furniture is great, sturdy and well put together. Fitters quick and proficient, no clearing up after which is great. Would highly recommend to family and friends

Friendly helpful staff throughout the process. The fitters were prompt, efficient and completed the job very quickly. The workmen left the area tidy afterwards. We are very happy with the newly installed units.

Visited our local store, planned out kitchen with the help of a designer. She came out checked our measurements, followed by a surveyor before the order was submitted and received a fitting date of 10.10.17 The 2 guys arrived nice and early, started working straight away, stopping only for lunch. I can’t praise the fitters enough, their work was neat and tidy, they were polite and friendly, constantly cleaning up as they went. From start to finish the whole process was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend the service to friends and family.

This is the second time I have used Starplan and am delighted with end result from showroom to fitting. The fitters are a credit to Starplan they were prompt professional and polite. Thanks again Starplan.

Excellent team of guys who worked well together. They arrived on time, kept the place clean and completed the Kitchen installation within the time stated.I had a semi-integrated dishwasher which I had omitted to mention and they kindly re-ordered a new door which they fitted the next day. I would definitely recommend Starplan to other friends and family for the Quality and service provided.

We had our new bedroom fitted yesterday and all I can say is if you are looking for new ideas for your room do not pass these guys! From our first visit to the Coleraine branch we were impressed by the choices available to view. We dealt with a lady there, and she could not have been more helpful – no pressure selling, and offered new suggestions to help us get the perfect layout for our room. The whole process was a pleasure, right through to the fitting team arriving on schedule, and they were very efficient in carrying out the work. They were very tidy also, and took away all the wrappings, and cleaned everything down before leaving – the whole job taking about an hour from start to finish. I will definitely be using Starplan again when we are doing rooms in the future, and can whole heartedly recommend them as a top class company to deal with!

On the day of fitting, the fitters completed the fit out in a couple of hours. Really happy with the quality of the wardrobes and the work of the fitters on the day of installation.

This is my second fitted wardrobes with starplan, they did such a good job the first time I had them back, this time for sliding wardrobe doors, with a bespoke interior. It was fitted today, and I am absolutely delighted with the wardrobes. The service at Portadown was really good, and the whole team were really delightful to work with. Absolutely delighted with fitted wardrobes for my son’s room. The whole process was so easy and Julie from the Belfast office was amazing. She gave us exactly what we wanted. She was so friendly and helpful nothing too much for her. The two fitters arrived on time as stated. They were very efficient and left the room clean and tidy.
